Optimum reproduction of measurement conditions thanks to automatic temperature control and dosing

With the Farinograph-AT, integrated water dosing makes operation and carrying out the measuring procedure easier, thanks to automatic temperature control and dosing. Water is not fed in using a burette, and therefore with errors, but is instead adjustable thanks to automatic titration (AT – automatic water dosing).

The 2-litre storage tank is easy to remove. This easy to maintain solution offers separate options for measuring the temperature of dosing fluid and dough.

The range of compatible measuring attachments offers a wide spectrum of uses.

    Principle

    In a temperature-controlled measuring kneader, a rotating Sigma kneading blade subjects the sample to defined mechanical stress. The kneading resistance having an effect on the blades, which depends on the sample’s viscosity, is measured as a torque value by the highly precise measurement electronics. The software then registers and records this online as a function of time, in a clear to understand coloured chart.
