Produce plastic pellets with the Brabender Granulator
Intended use
Up to 4 strands with diameters of 1 to 4 mm can be pelletized with the Brabender Granulator.

Granulate strands evenly and quietly
With two separate servo drives, the pellet length always remains constant, even when
the intake speed is irregular. What’s more, the Granulator works quietly and offers you flexible settings options. You can adjust control of the cutting and product strand speeds, and therefore vary the pellet length steplessly from 0.1 to 20 mm.
After granulation, the plastic pellets are caught in a drawer or sack and can then simply be removed. Optional extras for this are an interchangeable drawer or secure mounting option for sacks of various sizes.

The Pelletizer can be controlled manually via the control panel or by a PC via CAN bus.
What expansion options are there?
The cutting rotor is optionally available with various numbers of cutting blades. 6 cutting blades are fitted as standard, but for slower cutting, the rotor can instead be fitted with 2 or 3 blades.
Additional optional extensions include an interchangeable drawer or a fixing device for a sack of a size of your choosing.
